After college, Amy held other successful sales positions before finding her niche in residential real estate. She went to work as a consultant for a custom home builder where she used her creative talents to translate how families live in their homes into the perfect house plans. Because she liked selling homes so much, she decided to take the next step and become a residential REALTOR®. Amy hit the ground running and was the worldwide rookie of the year her first year for a major real estate franchise brand. Amy is most well-known for being an energetic listing specialist with an uncanny ability to present homes so they will sell. "I like to use the example of going to Tiffany & Co," Amy said. "In theory, you're buying silver earrings, but what you're really paying for is the little blue box and the satin bow. I market and package my listings the same way so that buyers are drawn to how the home is presented." Wes began his real estate career two decades ago in Austin, Texas and has been successfully selling real estate ever since. Wes was Rookie of the Year, Top Listing Agent, Top Sales Agent and went on to become the Top Agent - Top 25 Companies, ranked by the Austin Business Journal. As the top agent in his company and recognized nationally by a major real estate franchise brand, Wes decided to take the next step and open a boutique real estate brokerage in downtown Austin. Wes focused on rehabs and multifamily projects. He represented investors acquiring investment properties and also managed those portfolios, providing a full and complete service. Wes has personally purchased, renovated, and sold many homes. When the market shifted, Wes relocated to Northern California where he worked with the #1 team in California (#10 Nationally) selling bank assets throughout the Bay Area. With a need to be closer to family, Wes applied to become an agent with the #1 independently owned real estate firm in San Antonio, and when the position of manager was extended, he accepted. After successfully recruiting, training, and managing agents, Wes was approached by a national franchise brand to join their team as General Manager. Wes agreed and successfully operated eight offices in multiple cities, training hundreds of agents. Wes earned the prestigious title of Platinum Top 50 Manager of the Year.
